Subject to approval, we will either refund the purchase price and respective sales tax (if applicable), replace your purchase, or provide store credit redeemable at bethsfarmkitchen.com within 14 days of purchase.

We do not accept returns for products purchased from our retail partners. Please contact the store or website where you made your purchase for their return policy.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse any refund or exchange.

Please note that we cannot offer a refund or exchange for any food purchase older than 14 days.

Custom Labels and Private Label Orders

Any customized label jars or private label orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once the order has been submitted. All sales of customized products and labels are final.
