At Beth’s Farm Kitchen, we do more than make jam—we preserve the best of New York’s harvest while creating lasting impact. Since 1981, we’ve been dedicated to supporting local farmers, uplifting our community, and crafting small-batch preserves that celebrate the flavors of the Hudson Valley.

We believe in good food that does good, from the way we source ingredients to the people we employ. By partnering with small farms and ensuring equitable, high-paying jobs for local folks—including immigrants, people of color, and those with histories of convictions—we’re building a more just and resilient food system, one jar at a time.

OUR STORY

From Farm to Jar

Beth’s Farm Kitchen was founded in 1981 by Beth Linskey, whose timeless recipes remain customer favorites today. In 2016, farmers Jodie Emmett and Guillermo Maciel took the helm, driven by their passion for small-scale agriculture and their belief in the power of good food to connect people.

As farmers themselves, Jodie and Guillermo bring a deep respect for the land and the people who grow our food. Their vision? To expand BFK’s legacy—continuing to source from local farms while growing their own ingredients and introducing a new line of farmstead dairy products from their flock of sheep.
