This jam is truly Christmas in a jar! We started by wild-crafting Sumac Berries on our farm in Chatham NY. We then made a tea with the Sumac and Mulling Spices as a base for this Red Currant Jam. This flavor is the perfect combination of tart and sweet and has a gorgeous red jewel color. Add this to any cheese platter this holiday season for a festive flair!
